Doubt & Hamlet Auditions: July 7 & 8

Please join Strollers Theatre in auditions at 7 PM on July 7th and 8th for roles in John Patrick Shanley’s Pulitzer Prize-winning Doubt, directed by Miranda McClenaghan, and William Shakespeare’s Hamlet, directed by Jeff Knupp.

Auditions will be held on the Evjue stage of the Bartell Theatre, 113 E. Mifflin St. in Madison.

Doubt has roles for 1 man and 3 women ages 30-60 (one African American woman). None of the roles are pre-cast. Those auditioning will be asked to read from the script. Contact the director, Miranda McClenaghan, for more information at 698-3337.

Hamlet auditions are for all roles, men and women (ages 20’s - 70’s). Actors who are cast will be rehearsing and must be available starting Sept. 15 through opening night (rehearsing Monday - Firday evenings). Some actors will be called for fight choreography rehearsals in July - August. Actors will read from the script (sides will be provided to you the night of the audition.)
